Kagura

Terms of service

Effective 6 November 2026

Short version: use Kagura fairly, follow Discord's rules, check what the AI says before you trust it, and only share chapters you are allowed to share. Kagura comes as it is, with no promises.

1. Who these terms cover

Kagura is a Discord bot. It tracks manga raw releases, helps run servers, and chats with an AI model. The web dashboard at torchy.cc is part of Kagura. "We" means the people who run Kagura. "You" means anyone who adds Kagura to a server, talks to it, or uses the dashboard.

By using Kagura you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use Kagura.

2. Who can use Kagura

3. Server owners and admins

4. What you must not do

5. AI replies

Kagura's replies come from AI models. They can be wrong, out of date, rude, or made up. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, money, or safety decisions. You are responsible for what you do with them. Personas are fiction and do not speak for us.

6. Raw tracking and chapters

7. Your content

You keep the rights to what you send to Kagura: messages, images, files, prompts, and personas. You give us permission to process them only as needed to run Kagura, as the privacy policy explains. Do not send anything you have no right to share.

8. Moderation by Kagura

Kagura can time out, kick, ban, or block members when a server's admins set it up to do so, or ask it to. Those choices belong to that server. We can also stop Kagura from replying to anyone who breaks these terms.

9. Changes and ending

We may change, pause, or stop Kagura or any feature at any time. We may block a user or leave a server that breaks these terms. You can stop at any time: remove Kagura from your server, and delete your data as the privacy policy explains.

10. No warranty

Kagura is free and provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be correct, safe, always online, or fit for any purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using Kagura, including lost data, lost profits, or costs from your AI provider.

11. Source code

Kagura is free software under the GNU Affero General Public License v3. Ask us for a copy of the source code that runs it.

12. Contact and updates

For questions, takedown requests, or security reports, contact the Kagura team through the Discord server where you use Kagura, or through torchy.cc.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Kagura after a change, you accept the new terms.
